Welcome to Dadi Computers! We’re glad to have you here. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made at our physical store on Zila School Road, Dumka, Jharkhand, as well as through our online store. Please take a moment to read them carefully.

1. Agreement

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective once posted.

2. Ordering & Payment

Placing an order means you intend to buy a product. Orders are confirmed once payment is received, and a bill or order number is issued.
All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable shipping charges will be added during checkout.
We accept cash, card, UPI, and online transfers.
Full payment is required before product delivery or pickup.
Custom gaming PCs may require an advance payment.
Prices and stock availability are subject to change. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on location and availability.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Once delivered or picked up, the product becomes your responsibility. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days if the item is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original bill.
Custom-built PCs can only be returned if they are defective.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after return approval and are credited to the original payment method.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item), we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Warranty & Support

Most products come with a manufacturer warranty (e.g., 1 year for laptops).
We’re happy to assist with warranty claims or guide you to the authorized service center.
Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
All custom gaming PCs are fully tested before delivery. Warranty support is provided as per policy.

6. Customer Accounts (If Applicable)

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for all activity under that account.
Please keep your login credentials secure.
We reserve the right to suspend any account found to be misused.

7. Product Use

Our products are intended for personal use, unless specified otherwise.
Reselling items as new without our permission is not allowed.
While we strive to provide accurate product information, minor variations (such as color or specs) may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.
We do not distribute or install pirated software—please do not request it.

8. Our Rights

We may cancel orders due to payment failure, stock issues, or other valid reasons. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
All content on our website (images, text, etc.) is the property of Dadi Computers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use of products or factors beyond our control (e.g., delays due to weather or courier issues).
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal details (name, phone number, address) are used only for order processing and support.
We never share your data with third parties, unless required by law.
We may send offers or updates via email or WhatsApp. If you wish to opt out, simply let us know.
