Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the bill.

Custom gaming PCs can only be returned if they have a defect.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.

If a return is due to an issue on our end (such as a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
